Case Study: Spiritual Life Coaching 3 Session Package: Shasha’s Spiritual Awakening
Session One: My client wanted to focus on learning how her unique psychic ability functions. Shasha noticed she would sense the future and learn she was correct after a prediction came true. As she told me some fascinating stories illustrating this foreknowledge, we clarified that she would sometimes feel danger in her physical body, dream accurately about the future, or just know a thing was about to happen. Shasha was excited to learn the correct terminology for her amazing experiences, including: clairsentience, or clear feeling, prophetic dreaming, and claircognizance, or just knowing.
Session Two: Shasha’s second goal was to reach a comfort level regarding her responsibility for telling others about her predictions. She wanted to know what to say and how to act when she sensed something about others, especially if she felt a sense of danger. We discussed how to approach both people you know, and people you don’t know, respectfully. She learned some thoughtful scripts to use. For example, to always ask permission to communicate what she was sensing before sharing. She learned ways to be guided by spirit, not her own ego.
Session Three: Her third goal was to begin to learn to consciously control how she connects with other people’s energy. Sasha’s goal was to be helpful while remaining energized and calm. I taught her time-honored spiritual practices to stay energized so she can help from a place of generosity, not overwhelm.
Each session included homework specific to Sasha. She continues to build and reinforce her new behaviors naturally, consciously, with practice, and celebrates using her new tools.She is thrilled with her results. Sasha knows what to call her gifts, is comfortable with how to offer and use them responsibly, and is using the tools she learned to accelerate her personal and psychic growth. In addition, through our dreamwork, Sasha was able to learn to accept her feelings of jealousy and discontent, and ask directly for what she needed from loved ones. As a result of her spiritual practices and personal growth, her relationships with her mother and fiancé improved and she enjoyed the wedding of her dreams.
